What is needed on every computer in our network.

Greetings once again computer class. Please make sure the following things are on each computer we service in our school.
Thank you for your hard work. And thank you for making this class fun for all of us.
1. Proper computer name (Jr-, EL-, etc...) and workgroup teacher name.
2. Make sure all PC's have service pack 2 installed.
a. Firewall enabled.
b. No shared folders.
c. Automatic updates are set to automatically update at 2:15pm every Friday.
d. Remote access enabled.
3. Defragment computers, if needed.
4. Please make sure all computers are connected through the print server.
(jr-wxp-svr) hp-4050 and hp-4500 hp-4050 set as default printer.
5. Add user accounts to all pc's in PCLAB and Wyman's classroom.
-Mr. Gurrola will give you those accounts and passwords.
6. Make sure you log into each account and test printing and file access.
